Chen JH, et al. - Researchers sought to ascertain the relationship between bone mineral density (BMD) and the risk of breast cancer (BC) via performing a systematic review and dose–response meta-analysis of ten cohort studies. The included studies comprised 1,522 BC patients. Outcomes were revealing no association between BMD at the femoral neck or total hip and the risk of BC. Furthermore, no significant association between BMD at the lumbar spine, femoral neck, or total hip and the risk of BC was noted in the dose–response analysis.
