Recovery characteristics of patients receiving either sugammadex or neostigmine and glycopyrrolate for reversal of neuromuscular block: A randomised controlled trial

Paech MJ, et al. - Researchers sought to compare the recovery characteristics of patients receiving either sugammadex or neostigmine and glycopyrrolate for reversal of neuromuscular block. Between groups, no significant difference was visible in 24-hour recovery scores. Notably, reversal with sugammadex vs neostigmine/glycopyrrolate did not attenuate postoperative nausea or vomiting.
