Leistner DM, et al. - A prospective evaluation was performed for determining the effect of a novel system of real-time optical coherence tomography (OCT) coregistration with angiography (ACR) on physician decision-making during percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI). Findings demonstrated a significant influence of real-time OCT ACR on PCI strategy, favoring mainly complete lesion coverage especially in complex lesions.
