Sodagari F, et al. - An analysis was performed to evaluate the incidence rate and clinical characteristics of allergic-like reactions in patients who received both nonionic iodinated contrast medium (ICM) and gadolinium-based contrast medium (GBCM). An allergic-like reaction to both nonionic ICM and GBCM was an extremely rare event. Regardless of the fact that an allergy preparation was not administered, this event presented as a mild acute reaction without significant clinical consequences.
