Rutledge T, et al. - This clinical trial was performed to assess the efficacy of a telephone-delivered, home-based cognitive-behavioral intervention for chronic low back pain in comparison to a matched supportive care (SC) treatment. Results here suggested no significant differences between home-based, telephone-delivered Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and SC treatments regarding their benefits for back pain severity and disability.
