Holmes R, et al. - Authors here aimed to determine the efficacy of infusional vs intermittent bolus delivery of abdominal wall blocks in patients undergoing abdominal resectional gastrointestinal surgery. as per findings both continuous infusion and intermittent bolus were safe ways of delivering abdominal wall nerve blockade, with equivalent analgesic outcomes. In comparison with continuous infusion, bolus delivery seemed to provide superior early mobility.
