As per outcomes, radiotherapy could significantly improve the overall survival and cancer-specific survival for thoracic lesion and any metastatic sites except for brain metastasis. This suggests the addition of radiotherapy to chemotherapy as valuable for improving the survival of patients with metastatic ED-SCLC.
