Cole RT, et al. - This study aimed at assessing the role of de novo donor-specific antibodies (dnDSA) and antibody-mediated rejection (AMR) in racial disparities in post-transplant outcomes. Findings suggested higher risk for the development of dnDSA and treated AMR among black transplant recipients, which may account for racial disparities in outcomes following heart transplantation.
