Zullig LL, et al. – This study investigated the link between race and nocturnal dipping status among participants with diabetic kidney disease enrolled in the STOP–DKD (Simultaneous Risk Factor Control Using Telehealth to Slow Progression of Diabetic Kidney Disease) trial. Findings indicated that interventions targeting blood pressure (BP) in black patients were possibly unable to improve outcomes in this high–risk group, without ambulatory BP monitoring data.
