Oudejans LCJ, et al. – The authors aimed to construct specific phenotypes of neuropathic pain in sarcoidosis. They demonstrated that with specific phenotype–specific treatment options, these distinct phenotypes had a comparable mechanistic construct. Moreover, the data proposed the presence of patients with length– and nonlength–dependent small fiber neuropathy (SFN) within this population of sarcoidosis patients.
