Quality of erections by age group in men with erectile dysfunction
International Journal of Clinical Practice Sep 14, 2017
Kaminetsky JC, et al. - The efficacy and adverse events (AEs) of sildenafil were compared with placebo in maintaining erection quality according to age (≤45, 46-55 and ≥56 years) in men with erectile dysfunction (ED). Outcomes confirmed that sildenafil significantly improved erection quality across all age groups of men with ED. Efficacy improvements with sildenafil were consistent with the Quality of Erection Questionnaire (QEQ), International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF), and Erectile Dysfunction Inventory of Treatment Satisfaction (EDITS). In addition, AEs were comparable across age groups.
