Wang YC, et al. - In this systematic review, the authors used right-heart catheterization as a reference standard to determine whether echocardiography-derived pulmonary artery acceleration time (PAAT) possessed adequate diagnostic performance for pulmonary hypertension (PH). For detecting PH, PAAT was found to be useful.
