Horiguchi A, et al. - Researchers intended to contemplate if the type of delayed urethroplasty required for pelvic fracture urethral injury (PFUI), which was not easily predicted from conventional urethrography findings, could be speculated via preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) results. The conclusion derived from this study was that pubo-urethral stump angle (PUA) measured on MRI was beneficial for predicting the type of reconstruction required for urethral repair.
