Bomberg H, et al. - This study was conducted to test the validity of a presumption that psoas blocks vs femoral blocks are associated with more insertion-related complications but have fewer catheter-related infections. Findings revealed that psoas blocks were related to more insertion-related complications but fewer infectious complications.
