Eto K, et al. - This study investigated the prophylactic effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) in gastric cancer (GC) patients with postoperative complications. Based on the findings, NAC has the potential to abolish the poor prognosis induced by postoperative complications after curative resection for GC.
