Progressive sarcopenia in patients with colorectal cancer predicts survival

Deng CY, et al. - The connection between sarcopenia and overall and progression-free survival was comprehensively evaluated in patients with colorectal cancer who underwent CT at the time of and 6–18 months after diagnosis. Progressive sarcopenia after diagnosis of colorectal cancer displayed a prominent negative prognostic link with overall and progression-free survival.
