Caso F, et al. - This study was performed to investigate the progression of white matter (WM) damage in progressive supranuclear palsy with predominant parkinsonism (PSP-P). WM damage significantly progressed over time in PSP-P patients. Longitudinal diffusion tensor (DT) MRI measures were a potential in vivo marker of disease progression in PSP-P.
