European Archives of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology Dec 08, 2017
Jacobi C, et al. - An assessment was performed of the role of lymph node ratio (LNR) as an additional predictive parameter to the 8th edition of AJCC TNM staging system, in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC). It was deduced that the LNR, with a cut-off value of 10%, presented as an additional prognostic parameter in HPV-related OPSCC. It could assist in improving the risk stratification in combination with the revised AJCC 8th edition TNM classification.
