Luo S, et al. - Authors here aimed at assessing the association of shockable rhythm conversion with multiple out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) outcomes, and at exploring effect modifiers. In this work, shockable rhythm conversion from initial non-shockable heart rhythms seemed associated with better OHCA outcomes, depending on the type of initial heart rhythm, and time of rhythm conversion.
