World Journal of Surgery Sep 18, 2017

Researchers sought to develop and validate a prognostic scoring system for these patients. In this study, the scoring system seemed clearly demonstrating the patient survival. Patients with scores of 0 or 1 were favorable candidates for gastroenterostomy, while patients with scores of 2–4 are candidates for stent placement.
