Chen RW, et al. - Researchers performed a meta-analysis of published studies that provided survival information with pre-/post-treatment circulating Epstein-Barr virus DNA to assess the prognostic value of circulating EBV DNA for extranodal natural killer/T-Cell lymphoma, nasal type (ENKTL). They involved eligible studies that considered prognostic significance of circulating EBV DNA in ENKTL. The findings from the present study suggested that circulating EBV DNA consistently associated with poorer prognosis in patients with ENKTL.
