Zou MX, et al. - Authors performed a systematic review of the published literature to assess the prognostic factors in skull base chordoma (SBC) and to establish pooled hazard ratios (HRs) of such factors. They recognized several clinicopathological or molecular parameters which seemed associated with survival up to tumor progression or mortality in SBC patients. However, there was a necessity for further methodologically high-quality reports to clarify the effects of these factors.
