Sa HS, et al. - In patients with eyelid sebaceous carcinoma, authors gauged the prognostic value of the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) 8th-edition classification for local recurrence, metastasis and survival. As per AJCC 8th-edition classification for eyelid sebaceous carcinoma, T and N categories predict of local recurrence, metastasis and disease-specific survival outcomes. In patients with T2c or worse T category and/or N1 disease at presentation, strict surveillance testing for nodal and systemic metastases should be done by the surgeons.
