An VVG, et al. - This study analyzed the evidence on the impact of pre-existing lumbar spinal fusion surgery on the outcomes of total hip arthroplasty (THA). Findings demonstrated that previous lumbar spinal fusion increased risk of dislocation and revision, and might negatively influence patient reported outcomes following THA.
