Primary debulking surgery vs neoadjuvant chemotherapy in advanced epithelial ovarian cancer: A propensity-matched analysis

Siesto G, et al. - Patients undergoing primary debulking surgery (PDS) versus neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) plus interval debulking surgery (IDS) for advanced epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) were compared in terms of surgical and survival outcomes. Comparable progression-free and overall survival were reported among patients who underwent PDS or treated with NACT plus IDS for advanced EOC.
