Prevalence of restless legs syndrome in Parkinson's disease: A systematic review and meta-analysis of observational studies

Yang X, et al. - This systematic review was performed to investigate the prevalence of restless legs syndrome (RLS) in Parkinson’s disease (PD) in order to explore the possible relationship between these diseases. When compared to male patients, higher prevalence of RLS was found in female PD patients. Findings revealed much higher RLS prevalence among PD patients than among healthy controls.
