Prevalence of refractive errors in children with retinoblastoma

Villegas VM, et al. - In children with unilateral and bilateral retinoblastoma (RB), researchers examined refractive errors via conducting an institutional review board–approved consecutive retrospective cohort study. The study included 61 eyes, 18 males and 19 females, from 37 subjects. The data presented in this work showed the high proportion of amblyogenic refractive risk factors in children with RB, both in RB-affected eyes and contralateral normal eyes.
