Preterm infants with necrotising enterocolitis demonstrate individual and unbalanced gut microbiota

Acta Pediatrica Oct 04, 2017

Tarek I, et al. - The proposition inspected in this study was that differences would exist in the gut microbiota of preterm infants with and without necrotising enterocolitis (NEC), illustrated in western countries. More effective prophylactic interventions and a reduced incidence could be gained by a better comprehension of the NEC aetiology.
