Wurtz AM, et al. - This population-based cohort study was conducted to examine prenatal exposure to antipsychotic (AP) medication and the use of primary health-care system in childhood. Compared to children of mothers not using AP medication, children of women using AP medication in pregnancy had more general practitioner (GP) contacts in childhood. However, this could be explained by confounding from maternal behavior and mental illness.
