Mossaheb N, et al. – The physicians aimed to evaluate clinical predictors of longer–term outcome in ultra high risk (UHR) individuals treated with ω–3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) versus placebo. According to the findings obtained, changes in EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) levels were found to be the single most significant predictor for the transition to psychosis in a longer–term observation of UHR individuals.
