Predictive value of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio in long-term outcomes of left main and/or three-vessel disease in patients with acute myocardial infarction
Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions Jan 18, 2018
Xu N, et al. - This study was designed to shed light on the prognostic value of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in patients with left main disease (LMD)/three-vessel disease (3VD) who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Findings suggested that admission NLR, being a relatively inexpensive marker of inflammation, may help in the risk stratification and prognosis of patients diagnosed with LMD/3VD.
