Predictive value of microRNA-132 and its target gene NAG-1 in evaluating therapeutic efficacy of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs treatment in patients with ankylosing spondylitis
Clinical Rheumatology Mar 07, 2018
Guo TM, et al. - The aim of this trial was to assess the predictive value of microRNA-132 and its target gene NAG-1 in evaluating the clinical effectiveness of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) treatment in cases having ankylosing spondylitis (AS). NAG-1 was revealed as a target of miR (microRNA)-132 in the microRNA.org and luciferase assay. Findings suggested that in the prediction of the therapeutic efficiency of NSAID treatment in AS patients, the expressions of MiR-132 and NAG-1 could serve as biological markers.
