Muttin F, et al. - Authors assessed the impact of lymphadenopathies on survival in surgical renal cell carcinoma (RCC) patients with no evidence of lymph node involvement at final pathology. In RCC patients, findings suggested a correlation of inflammatory lymphadenopathies with unfavorable clinical and pathological characteristics. Nonetheless, RCC-specific mortality is not affected by the presence of inflammatory lymphadenopathies.
