Dengler NF, et al. - An analysis was performed to compare radiographic, clinical and combined grading systems in aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH). The authors concluded that the distinct knowledge of merits and limitations of clinical, radiographic and combined scores was necessary for clinical routine. In predicting cerebral infarction (CI) and unfavourable patient outcome, the new combined grading systems HAIR and VASOGRADE indicated no superiority compared to the established clinical measures World Federations of Neurosurgeons (WFNS) and Hunt and Hess.
