The sample consisted of 55 female patients with LABC who had contrast-enhanced MRI (CE-MRI) examination prior to NAC. According to findings, wavelet-transformed textures outperformed volumetric and/or peripheral textures in the pCR-to-NAC radiomic MRI prediction for LABC patients, which may potentially act as a surrogate biomarker for predicting LABC's response to NAC.
