Piscator E, et al. - Researchers aimed to externally validate the Good Outcome Following Attempted Resuscitation (GO-FAR) score in a population based setting. The GO-FAR score showed satisfactory discrimination, but assessment of the calibration indicated that neurologically intact survival was systematically underestimated. Therefore, they recommended practicing caution if taking it (without model update) into clinical practice.
