Predicting morbidity after robotic partial nephrectomy: The effect of tumor, environment, and patient-related factors
Urologic Oncology: Seminars and Original Investigations May 29, 2018
Khene ZE, et al. - Authors gauged the impact of tumour and nontumor related parameters on perioperative outcomes of robotic partial nephrectomy (RPN) for a localized renal tumour. Results demonstrated that the most important determinants of postoperative complications after RPN were patients related factors. On intraoperative parameters, some influence of RENAL and Mayo adhesive probability (MAP) scores were noted. They found a significant association of major complications with the cardiovascular disease in both univariable and multivariable analysis.
