Topps AR, et al. - To obtain tissue diagnosis in breast cancer, ultrasound-guided needle sampling (UNS) can be performed by either fine needle aspiration (FNA) or core needle biopsy (CNB). Researchers here compare the sensitivity of FNA cytology and CNB. They identify that for UNS, CNB was safe and should be the preferred technique to improve sensitivity.
