Gauthier C, et al. - A comparative retrospective study was performed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of pramipexole in the treatment of resistant depression, in combination with electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) or after a partial ECT efficacy. The authors found pramipexole to be a therapeutic option for major depressive disorder (MDD) resistant to ECT. It could be used jointly to ECT or after a partial remission with ECT.
