Zimmerman LA, et al. - The postoperative complications were reviewed in a cohort of pediatric ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease patients treated with vedolizumab. Observations revealed a high prevalence of postoperative complications, notably mucocutaneous separation of the stoma among patients treated with vedolizumab prior to surgery.
