Bush B, et al. - The authors analyzed if bradycardia exhibited a tie-up with increased use of intra-operative dexmedetomidine. In the post-adenotonsillectomy patients, increased incidence of asymptomatic bradycardia possibly correlated with increased utilization of postoperative cardiac telemetry. Furthermore, was possibly not related to the use of dexmedetomidine use intra-operatively.
