Sato C, et al. – Here, the authors examine the relationship between postoperative bleeding following gastric endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) and individual antithrombotic agents. They conclude that physicians must closely monitor patients administered heparin bridging therapy (HBT) and dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT)/multidrug combinations after gastric ESD, especially those administered multidrug combinations after discharge.
