Cheng HH, et al. - This study was performed to compare safety/efficacy outcomes in post-arrest congenital heart disease (CHD) patients treated with therapeutic hypothermia (TH) vs controls not treated with TH. Data showed that pediatric CHD patients who suffer cardiac arrest can be treated effectively and safely with TH, which may reduce the seizures incidence.
