Ayling K, et al. - This study assessed the effectiveness of the immune response to influenza vaccination in the elderly in association with multiple behavioral (physical activity, nutrition, sleep) and psychological influences. Findings demonstrated an association of greater positive mood, specifically on the vaccination day, with enhanced responses to vaccination in older adults.
