Prominent positive effects of the treatment were brought to light with PR-fampridine over 2 years on varied cognitive domains along with fatigue and depression. Hence, PR-fampridine ought to be taken into account for the symptomatic treatment in order to improve the aspects of cognition, fatigue and depression in PwMS.
