Pickering L, et al. - This study focused on the possible sleep disturbances and sleepiness resulting from damage to the hypothalamus due to craniopharyngioma or consequent surgery. Findings revealed that in patients diagnosed with craniopharyngioma, there may be an involvement of the sleep-wake regulatory system.
