Lin MJ, et al. - Authors aimed at assessing whether Emergency Department (ED) length of stay (LOS) differed for children presenting with skin and soft tissue infections who received point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) vs radiology-performed ultrasound. Children receiving POCUS compared to children receiving radiology-performed ultrasound experienced shorter LOS, among children presenting to a pediatric ED with superficial skin and soft tissue infections.
