Weixler B, et al. - Researchers, in this work, investigate the prognostic value of CXCR4 and phosphorylated CXCR4 (pCXCR4) in a large cohort of colorectal cancer (CRC) patients. As per observations, in CRC, high densities of CXCR4 and pCXCR4 positive tumor-infiltrating immune cells (TICs) are favorable prognostic factors.
