Nanda A, et al. - Authors undertook a comparative analysis of the efficacy of various drugs in the treatment of hepatorenal syndrome (HRS), a serious complication of the advanced chronic liver disease. It was discovered that intravenous infusion of terlipressin was the most effective medical therapy for reversing HRS. Furthermore, data revealed that intravenous infusion of noradrenaline served as an acceptable alternative.
