Personalized prognostication in head and neck cancer: A systematic review of nomograms according to the AJCC precision medicine core (PMC) criteria

Tham T, et al. - In the final qualitative analysis, 44 studies were included to delineate the nomograms as per the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) Precision Medicine Core (PMC) criteria for personalized prognostication in head and neck cancer (HNC). They observed 2.1 out of 3, the mean number of exclusion criteria met whereas the mean number of inclusion criteria met was 9.3 out of 13. No single study satisfied all of the AJCC PMC criteria irrespective of high quality. They graded all published nomograms for HNC according to the new guidelines.
